BGC Cape Breton - Squires Squad

The Cape Breton Eagles are extremely fortunate to have a well rounded person in Cam Squires who is not only a quickly developing hockey player, but who is also a humble and genuine person wishing to do more for the community in which he lives.

As a way to immerse Cam further into the community, specifically with an organization that he can relate to and is passionate about, it is being proposed that we launch the "Squires Squad" initiative in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Cape Breton.

The financial support and commitment from Eagle Pier Holdings Inc to become a valued corporate partner of the Cape Breton Eagles will ensure the Squire Squad will be a two-way initiative that will bring youth to the rink, but will also allow Cam to visit the Club as a volunteer, providing mentorship around his academic and Eagles commitments.
