Video premiere featuring African Nova Scotian youth, “The Value Project”

Please join us for the broadcast premiere of “The Value Project,” a collection of short videos featuring the voices, value, and perspective of African Nova Scotian youth who attend Boys and Girls Clubs in Nova Scotia.

Funded by the Government of Canada, “The Value Project” enabled and empowered African Nova Scotian youth to express themselves, connect with their communities and culture, and share the vital role the Boys and Girls Club plays in their lives. Last spring, the COVID-19 pandemic interrupted our production and plans to bring the participating youth and special guests together in Halifax for an in-person screening. We’ve since finished production, modified our plans, and are very pleased to present these videos with you virtually! The videos are the culmination of a lot of hard work by the Boys and Girls Club youth. We hope you can join us!
