Harbourside Elementary wall of mentors

BGCCB has a satellite site at Harbourside Elementary School and we LOVE seeing their wall of mentors.

During African Heritage Month and everyday it's so important that we celebrate the accomplishments of Black Nova Scotians and local community members.

Representation is so important because it impacts how kids build their perspectives on their own ethnic-racial group, and helps young people realize that they, too, can be successful.
