Swimming

Every second week, staff take 10-20 youths aged 8 and up to Kiwanis for an hour of swimming. Swimming is not only fun, but also a great way to stay fit and make friends. It is a healthy activity that you can continue throughout your lifetime. Swimming is a low-impact activity that has many physical and mental health benefits.

 

Make sure you know how to swim and do so in a safe environment.
